Delivery charges are calculated on weight and country zone. For example – deliveries up to 30kg in the UK mainland will incur a delivery charge of just £6.00 and for each additional 30kg, an extra £6.00 is added to the delivery cost.

Driving whips are sent separately as they are packaged in a long tube to protect them during transit.

The exact delivery charge for your order is calculated at the checkout based on what you have in your shopping cart.

Delivery Information

We use SagePay online payments and accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Maestro.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT in the United Kingdom (where applicable). Every care has been taken to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate; however, occasionally, errors may occur and we reserve the right to charge the correct price. Should this be the case, you will be informed before despatch to ensure that you wish to continue with the purchase.

All orders will be delivered between Monday And Friday during working hours.  Delivery services cannot be 100% guaranteed by us but we will do all we can to ensure an efficient service. If the items you order are in stock, these will be despatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends). If you wish to cancel or change  your order during this time there will be no charge.  Average transit time is usually between 2-10 Days depending on your location.

When you access our site using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, your information is protected using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered users.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so with in 24 hours and we will provide you with a full refund. If, however, your goods have already been despatched, we can only refund the amount for the items less the delivery charge. You will be liable to pay for the return postage on unwanted items.

A contract of sale exists from the time the goods are despatched to you. We are happy for you to return unwanted goods in the condition that you received them with the correct packaging, labels and tags attached within 14 days.

Any returned items must be in their original condition to allow their resale as a new item. Please obtain proof of postage and obtain suitable insurance as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. The cost of returning unwanted items is at your own expense.

We will refund the cost of the returned items when these are received and checked by our Returns Department. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns after 14 days.

In the unlikely event of your goods becoming faulty within the first 30 days, please e-mail us the details and we will discuss the options. Faulty or damaged goods will only be deemed to be so once we have discussed the issue and agreed that they are faulty. In some circumstances, it may be possible to send a replacement part to correct the problem. Please give your contact details, invoice and consignment number.

For UK customers, we will refund your postage charge and for EU customers, we will refund your postage charge up to a maximum of £15.00 to return the item. We require a proof of postage costs in order to provide any refund of the postage costs. For customers in other countries, we regret that we are unable to refund your return postage charges or bear any additional shipping costs relating shipping of replacement items. We will despatch the replacement item free of charge.

Please obtain proof of postage and obtain suitable insurance as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please note that when we return any goods, you, the customer, will be liable for any local charges and customs duties payable.
